Horse Books is taking a short break. We will be closed from the 10th July to the 19th July. All orders received during this time will be processed on our return on the 19th July.
Please note that Australia Post is experiencing significant delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic. With massive demand and workforce capacity constraints, deliveries are taking longer than usual.

All orders over $60 are delivered FREE within Australia. Orders under $60 are delivered for a nominal postage charge of $6.00.
Orders to New Zealand addresses are delivered for A$30.00.
Please note that delivery to New Zealand may take up to 3 weeks.

We accept payment by the following methods:
- Paypal: Pay via paypal if you wish to use your Paypal Account or if you wish to pay by credit card.
- Credit Cards: Visa & Mastercard. Use the Paypal payment gateway to pay by credit card. PLEASE NOTE: you do NOT need a paypal account to pay using your credit card.
- Cheques: Your order will be dispatched once funds are cleared.
- Direct Debit: Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for direct debit details. Your order will be dispatched once notification of deposited funds is received from you via email (please include the order number in your notification) and is confirmed by the Bank.
Where books are in stock, your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment (or confirmation of cleared funds when made by cheque or direct debit). Where books are not in stock, orders will be dispatched within 3 weeks of receipt of payment.
If for some reason your order is delayed, we will contact you to make other arrangements or offer alternatives.
All photographs, images and graphics are included for reference only and actual goods supplied may vary from that illustrated due to continual improvements and/or regulatory changes or limitations in the ability to reproduce actual colours.
Product configurations or specifications are subject to change relative to the latest trends, design, technology or other factors without prior notice.

Pricing is in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST. Where applicable, items exempt of GST are so indicated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Returns & Credits
All claims for damage, shortage, incorrect supply or pricing etc must be made within 7 days from receipt of goods.
Please choose items carefully as they are generally not able to be returned once delivered. We have the right to waive this policy under certain circumstances and any such return would be subject to additional charges such as restocking fees, applicable bank charges and other return criteria.
Incorrect pricing will be "charged back" to the credit card used in the initial purpose or we may offer goods to the value of the difference by mutual agreement.
Items incorrectly sent or received in a damaged state (slight packaging damage or soiling not considered damage warranting replacement) will be replaced or correct items dispatched at no extra charge once incorrect/damaged goods have been returned.
Any applicable warranties cover manufacturing faults and workmanship only unless expressly indicated therein and does not cover negligence, misuse or accidental damage caused by the user or other persons.
Faulty items will be repaired or replaced at our discretion according to the manufacturer’s direction.
We reserve the right to deny credit claims or returns at our discretion.

We do not receive, transmit, process or store any of your credit card information on this website. All online payment transactions are securely handled using the PayPal website payment gateway which uses 128 bit encryption and complies with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).
